Geranium, your name is old like evolution
The insects gather but the queen is only one
Take in the sunlight it's your energy solution
The queen extends a sword that glitters in the sun

In meadows far away so many raise their heads
So many colours where the river wanders by
And as the sun goes down the flowers in their beds
Fold up like Elven wings beneath the reddened sky
Here comes the night.

Geranium, your radiance is fiery sunlight
A sea of nettles rise and sway upon the breeze
The circle of your mind is beckoning the minions
The little lives of things with dust upon their knees

In meadows far away the shiny creatures play
To understand the balance breathing in and out
The insects run amok, the river runs away
The sun will set and moth-like things will flit about
